Shipping Policy:
We will ship your order as fast as possible, typically 1-3 days.
An email, with any available tracking information, will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped.
We use USPS FedEx and UPS for shipping, depending on the item size, weight, etc.
Items that are oversize or heavy may ship separately.
Most items will offer a shipping method choice to the buyer at the time of purchase.
We ship to numerous destinations, including The United States, Canada, Australia, UK, and more. If you are unsure if shipping is available to your location, please use the link below to contact us.

You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Orangeonions within 5 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Products that are under warranty must be returned to the warranty center. If there are any problems we will be happy to help filing the warranty. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Items that are opened or returned more than 15 days after delivery may receive a partial refund. If you need to return an item, please email for an RA, please do not call as RAs are not given out over the phone. |
