Item Condition

Item conditions are as follows:

GREAT

Item is in or looks in new condition.

GOOD

Item has signs of light wear.

FAIR

Item has signs of everyday wear.

POOR

 Item has damage to it (items in POOR condition can not be returned – sold “as is”)

Payment

Payment must be received within seven (7) days of auction’s end. If no payment is received, negative feedback will be left and eBay will be contacted. PayPal is strongly preferred. However, personal checks and money orders are accepted. If payment is made with a personal check or money order, please contact me first. Also, please allow seven (7) business days for the check/money order to clear. Items are shipped only when payment clears. If paying by check or money order, please send a note with the item title and item number.

Shipping

Shipping is done through the United States Postal Service or UPS. You have a choice of USPS First Class, USPS Priority, or UPS Ground. There is a $1.00 fee added to the shipping cost to cover shipping supplies. Insurance is optional but strongly recommended. Insurance is $1.70 and covers up to $100 value. I can not be held responsible for lost or damaged items, due to no insurance. I only ship to addresses that are on file with PayPal.

International Shipping (if applicable)

All international shipping is done with USPS First Class International. If you are an international buyer, the United States Postal Service usually requires a telephone number for shipment. Please send me a message before payment that includes your telephone number.

Returns

If your item is not what you thought it would be, you may return it for credit towards another purchase. CDs, games, and other such media CAN NOT be returned. Buyer must pay for returned shipping. Shipping price will not be credited to your account; just the sale price.

Communication: I constantly check all my auctions, at least once a day. The selling process is not over once the auction timer clicks to zero. There is still much to be done. I send invoices and follow up messages to each of my customers to ensure that they are 100% satisfied.

Honesty: I stand behind my products. I describe them as accurately as possible. I pledge to post for auction what I actually have. I will never post anything that I do not have (aka: back orders).

Trust/Fast Shipping: As my feedback says, “Item shipped promptly and was as advertised.” My handling time is posted as two days. That is the complete maximum time I give myself to send an item on its way. You can trust me to prepare your item for transit in secure shipping materials, and send them on their way usually in less than one day (from the time payment is received).
