The U.S. Army has purchased these for replacement on some of their military generator units.

These are made of a very dense 1" rubber cushion sandwiched between metal plates. It must be glued and compressed together. One side is an !/8" thick 3" diameter washer with a 7/16" bolt hole. The other end is a 1/16" thick plate with a turned up inside lip that is 3/8" high.
The inside walls of the mount are tapered in and the large opening is 2-1/16" in diameter. Each one weighs 8 ounces.
The design is such that these are made with a slight angle to one side. The outside wall is slanted 1/8" to one side.
