The 4 ports are removable and have glass plates on the interior. I've left it in it's tarnished state, you decide if it needs to shine. No extra charge for the years of tarnish. It measures about 6" tall and about 7" at the base.
As grading is a subjective matter, I'll let you decide on the grade, if you have questions or need additional photos, please advise and I'll do the best I can.
