We only ship by FEDEX ground or air, (over 150 pounds by common carrier) we do not normally ship by USPS (there will be a $25 minimum surcharge for USPS shipments added to the estimated actual cost, because they have to be manually processed & we have to stand in line at the post office).

INTERNATIONAL: We do not ship by USPS ground to Canada. only FEDEX Ground . Economy air to all other countries. Special boat container arrangements for large items. Minimum Surcharge of $25 for USPS shipments.

COMBINED SHIPPING: We only discount shipping fees, not Handling Fees. Buyer to pay calculated rate for Shipping and Handling. We only give combined shipping on sales that occur within an 24 hour period.

INSURANCE & LIABILITY: Items over $100 must be insured by Buyer (we supply with shipping and charge you). We are not responsible for the Item after it is picked by the shipping carrier. We will cooperate with you, for whatever is reasonably necessary for you to file a claim with the carrier for loss or damage by the shipper.

TRUCKING FEES (Common Carrier): For items weighing over 150 pounds we ship using common carrier. Insurance available is only $.10 per lb. on common carrier loads, so if you need more insurance, you need to advise us, so that we can bill you for additional insurance. We use competitively priced shipping brokers. We also add our costs of palletizing and strapping to any shipping quote. If you wish to use your own carrier, we will charge you a Handling Fee in addition to actual costs of packaging. Please feel free to contact us for shipping quote.

ITEM TRACKING: We will attempt to ship your item within 2-5 days after payment has been received (except personal checks). We reserve the right to choose a shipper of our choice. You will receive an Email to the shippers link with a tracking number and estimated delivery date. Please do not contact us about delivery dates. RETURNS & GUARANTY: We have a normal 14 day refund policy, or refer to WARRANTY above, from the date that you receive delivery from the shipper. We will refund your item, and S&H costs if there is an error on our part. We will not refund S&H costs or your shipping costs if the item is returned due to no error on our part. Your purchase will also be subject to restocking charges of 20%, or $10 whichever is greater if we are not in error. Absolutely no returns, exchanges, or refunds on items noted "AS-IS". You must email us requesting an RMA reference number, instructions, and permission to return the item(s). You must use our shipper on items returned for refund due to an error on our part. Claims for freight loss or damage must be submitted by email to us within 14 days of your receipt of your shipment. Please take pictures if possible of the contents and packaging, and retain the packaging materials for the carriers inspection. We will immediately prepare and submit a claim on your behalf.
