The customer is responsible for providing complete and accurate addresses on their order.
If your package is returned to us Undeliverable as addressed -No Forwarding Address,
Incomplete Address you will owe another shipping/handling charge of $4.95 prior to re-shipment of your package. Packages refused by customer for whatever reason, will be treated as a return and subject to any associated fees.

Any Item (except earrings due to health regulations) may be returned for refund within 3 days of receipt of item for any reason.
Any returns, paid by money order will be less the cost of Postal Money order.
Returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. Shipping is not re-fundable. All returned items must have an Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) and must be insured for contents value, by the USPS. Returns post marked past 3 days of issuance or without a Valid RMA# will not be accepted and returned to sender. Returns sent without insurance will not be accepted and returned to sender.

Contact us with URGENT in the Subject for RMA #. Your RMA # is valid for 7 days from date of issuance and must be placed on the outside of your insured package. Claims for Item(s) that are damaged or Lost are paid by the United States Postal Service or our private insurer (depending on your location) and must be made within 5 days of receiving your item(s)for a damage claim and after 30 days from shipping date for a lost claim.
We do not ship damaged items. Contact us with URGENT in the Subject for the necessary paper work and we will gladly assist you with any claim you may have. Keep all packaging material if you have a claim.(throw nothing away)
