There is ocassional confusion if this is indeed stained glass. If you are concerned, READ THIS LINK before you bid. Do not bid if you are still concerned after reading.
- ATTN: This item is fragile, and may arrive with cracks. If the cracks are severe such as glass breaking out (never happened before), we will do return/full refund. If the cracks are not severe, we will issue partial refund (upon receiving pictures showing the cracks) but will not accept returns. Cracks can be reinforced with glass glue. Please do not bid if cracks are absolutely not acceptable to you.

About shipping cost:
- Shipping cost has gone up almost twice last year due to FedEx rate hikes and change of dimensional weight calculation. For example, a typical 16W table lamp now has a dimensional weight of 30-35 lbs ($35-40 from west coast to east coast), a bridge floor lamp now has a dimensional weight of 45 lbs ($45 from west coast to east coast), and a fireplace screen or a large lamp can have a dimensional weight of 60 lbs ($65 from west coast to east coast).
- We have higher packaging cost (ranging from $10 to $30) because our items are not from liquidation sources like most others on eBay. Packaging cost is part of the shipping cost that you see. It is NOT extra. If you return the product, packaging cost will be refunded assuming all packing material is safely returned.
- We thank you for your understanding of our cost. Please do not bid if you are concerned about it because we cannot renegotiate shipping after auction close.
Shipping:
- We ship once a week to lower logistics cost and we pass all the saving to the buyers. Once your payment is cleared, your item may be shipped in one day or you may experience one week wait before we ship your order. We thank you for your understanding.
- We ship FedEx Ground to a street address in the 48 continental states. We do not ship to AK, HI, PR, VI, post office box, military address. No international shipping. No local pick up. No combined shipping because the items are too fragile to combine
PAYMENT
- Cleared payment is expected within 7 days of auciton close. We accept Paypal, Money Order/Cashier's Check. No personal checks please. DETAILS ABOUT PAYMENT
- If you send money order, make sure to do an eBay checkout to send us complete information. We process checks once a week, and will email you a notification once your check is processed.
RETURN POLICY
We do not accept returns for this item, unless there is severe damage such as glass breaking out. We will send partial refund for cracks. Cracks can be reinforced with glass glue, almost most cracks don't need to be treated. |
