Payment
All payments must be made within 7 business days from the day the auction ends. We
accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards through
PayPal.com. We also accept personal checks, money orders.
Non-paying customers will be reported to eBay and negative feedback will be
left. Serious bidders only please.
Checkout Procedures
Choose from the two checkout options described below. For both options, your final total, including sales tax and shipping, will be calculated and displayed during the payment process. In addition, be prepared to provide the following information:
Complete Billing Address, City, State, Zip Code
Ship-To Address (if different than Billing Address)
Payment Method
Select Check out Now to begin the checkout process. Just look for the "Checkout Now!" button on the bottom of the auction page, then follow the on screen prompts to complete your transaction. OR
Email Confirmation After winning an eBay auction, we will send you a confirmation e-mail containing your eBay item number, the product name, auction end date and your winning bid. Please access the secure link included in this email to complete your transaction. If you have not received this e-mail within 24 hours of your auction win, please
contact us with your eBay auction number and email address associated with this winning bid. Note: This email will be sent to the email address we receive from eBay. We are unable to change an email address during the processing of your winning bid.
Shipping & Sales Tax
We ship items to the lower 48 States via UPS Ground. Potential buyers from Hawaii, Alaska, and International please
email us for a shipping quote. Once payment has been received, most items ship within 7-10 days. Due to UPS restrictions we cannot ship to the following address: APO, FPO and PO BOX'S. At this time, Auction items can not be combined for shipping.
Sales Tax
We collect sales tax for items ship within NY state. Sales taxes are figured
automatically and will be shown as part of the checkout process. Return Policy
We stand behind every rug we sell. If you're not absolutely pleased with your purchase we'll be happy to make an exchange or refund the purchase price
minus the shipping and handling charges. You must inform
us of your intention to return the rug within 3 days from the day you
