Casting

For a perfect casting, molten pewter is skillfully poured into a pre-heated mould to ensure the smooth flow of metal.  The mould is then cooled and dismantled so that the perfect casting can be removed.

Polishing

Several innovative polishing techniques are applied, to achieve the different types of finishes desired.  The brilliant finish requires high-speed precision buffing.

Soldering

Various parts of the item are soldered together.  Timing and temperature control are critical in ensuring a perfect joint.  Skillfully made joints are remarkably strong and virtually invisible.
