Please provide a phone number so I can place it on the outside of your package. Phone numbers are a requirement on most international mailings.
All international orders are shipped, First Class Mail International, if the item weighs under 4lbs. This is the least expensive air shipping and does not provide a means of tracking or insurance. Normal delivery time for First Class Mail International is 10-14 business days from the time of shipping. If you prefer a higher level of service which provides tracking and insurance, please request International priority mail or express mail and I will requote shipping and handling charges.
Buyers agree not to hold the shipper responsible for lost or delayed shipments when shipping by First Class International.
If you prefer that your item be insured, please request insurance prior to paying. I will email a reply with a alternative method for shipping and price for insurance.
Orders within the U.S. are normally shipped via parcel post, first class mail or UPS depending on the weight of the item. All orders under normal business conditions are shipped within 2 business days. Shipping insurance is not included for lost or damaged items and must be asked for by the bidder prior to shipping so a insurance quote can be emailed to the bidder.
All items sold come with a 10 day return policy unless a 'No Warranty Implied' message is mentioned in the text of the auction. If the item is returned in the condition under which it was originally shipped, a refund for the final winning bid will be issued upon inspection of the returned item. PLEASE EMAIL ME PRIOR TO RETURNING ANY ITEM. All return shipping charges are paid by the original bidder unless an error was executed by the seller. All damaged or lost items during shipping are to be handled as a claim, under the insurance provided by the shipping carrier. The buyer is responsible for asking and paying for the optional insurance at the time of payment to the seller. In such cases, a new invoice will be emailed to the buyer showing the added shipping charges prior to the bidder paying. All shipments domestic or international do not carry automatic shipping insurance. Your final payment is an agreement between buyer and seller that the buyer has read this warranty, understands this warranty and will not hold the seller responsible for damaged or lost items during shipping.
I would like all my buyers to take a few moments to post feedback regarding their auction experience with me. Please refrain from using the feedback forum to verbally 'vent' any shortcomings in a transaction which has not met your expectations. Sometimes bidders may feel left out-in-the-cold sort of speak if a package is delayed in getting to them or the item is just not what was described in the auction. Direct correspondence using Email with the seller can be the quickest and smartest way to correct misunderstandings or delivery concerns. Please keep in mind that both you and I are doing this transaction together, and there are many miles between us.
