This is "Sandy", designed by 12-year old Diane Appel, redrawn for reproduction by Dorothy Wagstaff. Paper doll is near the center of the magazine. At some time the magazine has been folded down the middle, maybe fit into a back pocket? (This is not a hard fold, is easy.) There is no address label, writings, colorings, etc. Front cover has some rubs along the spine and some foxing around the outer edges. Inside of the magazine has foxing. There are 42 pages, I'm thinking all Wee Wisdom magazines has exactly 42 pages... If you have any questions please e-mail me before bidding. Thanks.
