RETURNS	All New, “Like New” and Refurbished PHONES sold will have a full 30 day LIMITED WARRANTY. (listed below) All returns must be approved prior to being sent back and RMA number will be issued and needs to be listed on the outside of the return  package. On the 31st day it’s yours and will not accept back, this is more than reasonable compared to everyone else’s listings. No physical, software, or liquid damage caused by buyer will be accepted and will void and warranty, or modifications such as replacement faceplates, antenna’s, boosters, or any downloaded software will void any warranty offered. Returns will take 24-72 hours to process during work hours. Any Paypal fee’s that may be accrued when credit is submitted is not our responsibility. Shipping / Insurance	1.        Most items will ship with in 24 hours of the first business day, example you order Friday night your order will ship Monday night. If you order on Saturday or Sunday you order will ship Tuesday (as long as there are no holidays during the week). 2.        Insurance is offered on all items and is suggested to all buyers to buy, but this is up to the buyer not me. 3.        If you choose not to insure your package and it is lost or damage in transit, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the carrier. 4.        No credit or replacements will be given if proof of delivery is shown. 5.        All orders will be shipped to the address given thru E-bay or Paypal only no changes of address will be accepted unless given thru E-bay and Paypal. 6.        Some items may take up to 5 business days to ship.
