Ordeal by water is a classic. Keeble's wonderful and some times hair-raising descriptions of dive and the salvage operations raises this book to a classic level. It is eminently readably,  with elements of suspense, intrigue, excitement and fear. A truly - remarkable - book

The true and gritty account of a man who accidently finds himself using hard hat / standard dress diving equipment to salvage the navy's fleet and build a team of salvage experts.

This rare paperback is in reasonable condition for it's age. There is a small amount of biro scribble on front cover (see pic) and the spine shows the usaul creases suggesting that it has been well read (not surprising really considering the content!).

A good addition to the serious collector of diving memorabila.
