Terms & Condition

1. All products are shipped from Hong Kong directly.

2. We will ship our products by airmail, please allow 4-10 business days for delivery after payment have been cleared.

3. Failure to pay within 7 days will result in the posting of a Non-Paying Bidder Alert and negative feedback.

4. All products will ship as a gift in order to minimize the import duties.

5. Buyer should bear the risk of postage and we will only refund or resent the item for those buyer who brought insurance, please buy the insurance to eliminate the risk. Besides, tracking number will be provided if you purchase the insurance and you can check the delivery status.

Return Policy

1. All sales are final.  When you receive your package, promptly check the items to make sure the items are intact. We will credit or exchange for DEFECTIVE items only. Or if the product was sent to you in error by our staff.

2. Roxsen is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend that you keep proper proof of delivery.

3. All Shipping and Handling cost will not be refunded.

4. If product are not found defective, buyer need to bear the postage cost for posting back the item(s), otherwise, returned product will not post back to buyer until the shipping cost is received.

Warranty Policy

• Warranty only apply on the stated warranty period products.

• Warranty is void if the products has been improperly charged, installed or misused in any way, or if the label and/or bar coded warranty label has been removed or tampered with.

• Where applicable, all requests for warranty returns must be accompanied by a proof of purchase and be made through the dealer or outlet where the products was originally purchased.

• All Shipping and Handling cost will not be refunded.

• We reserve the right to charge a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee.

• The warranty does not extend to the electronic equipment that is used or which incorporates with any of our products and accessories. We shall not be held responsible for the improper use of the product(s).
