We do not issue decorative COA's!!! We are a UACC Registered Dealer and as per their guidelines, (www.uacc.org) we issue a hand-initialed receipt (one per order), rather than a COA. Courts have ruled that COA's provide no legal protection for the buyer, but hand-signed or initialed receipts do. The signed receipt includes all of our contact info, a description of the item(s) you are purchasing and provides legal protection to the customer that COA's don't!
