Our shipping and handling charges are fixed. We do not negotiate on the charges at all, no exceptions.
All U.S. shipments are made via United States Postal Service either by First-class mail (3-5 days) or Priority Mail (2-3 days)
All International shipments are made via United States Postal Service (approx. 7-14 business days)
All mail transit time is only best estimate, not guarantee.
We offer combine shipping for both Domestic and International shipments. Combined shipping discount is only valid for items purchased within 7 days of the first item end auction date. All items to be combined must be on the same invoice. You cannot combine shipping with auctions that you have already been checked out or paid. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item back to us within 3 days of receiving the item. All returns must be pre-authorized by our customer service department.
All return enquiries must be made within 3 days of receiving the item. Sales are FINAL after 3 days, no exceptions.
You must obtain a RPN# from our customer service department.
Refunds will only be made based on the bid price only. All shipping and handling charges and insurance fees are non-refundable in any case, no exceptions.
