Most orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days depending on package volume. Orders are shipped out in the order received unless expedited shipping has been paid, such as 2 day or Overnight shipping. Since our business hours are 9a - 6p CST Monday through Friday, we will not process weekend orders until Monday. Orders also may be delayed due to holiday. If couriers can not pickup or deliver, we cannot process your order.

PAYPAL SPECIFICS:We will only ship to Paypal Verified address when using your paypal account.
CREDIT CARD SPECIFICS:We need your name as it appears on the card,expiration date, the address the card bills you at, the address you want itshipped to, and your phone number. We will verify your billing address. Your order could be delayed if the address does not match. You will be contacted in an event where we require the phone number for theCredit Cards customer service department (usually found on the back of the card).
SHIPPING TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS THAN THE BILLING ADDRESS
If we are shipping to an address that is different from the billingaddress that address must be added to the credit card account as analternative shipping address. Please call the customer service phone number on the back of your credit card to add thealternative shipping address.
INTERNATIONAL CREDIT CARDS
For international credit card orders, we must be able to verify thebilling and shipping address. We have fewer problems with AmericanExpress. If you use Visa / MasterCard, we will need the bank phonenumber and require that your Credit Card Customer Service Representive speaks English.We will also need a copy of the front and back of the credit card and acopy your drivers license or passport faxed or emailed to us. Plus, there is a $25 feeassociated with all address verifications that require International phone or faxing, which is 99% of all International orders.
