The Revere Camera Company was one of the first manufacturers of 8mm & 16mm movie cameras and projectors. They specialized in producing high quality products offered at modest prices, giving boom to the home movie craze of the 50’s. Today Revere products are sought out by amateurs and professionals as a quality alternative to later plastic, less precise, projectors. Revere projectors have a time proven reputation of tremendous durability, dependability and outstanding image quality.
The Revere Model 48 16mm projector was introduced in the 50’s. It is a high quality design, complete metal construction with a superb Simpson2” f/1.6 lens. . It is sought out today by transfer houses and Telecine professionals for its ability to cleanly display and transfer 16mm films to modern formats. Its secret is its variable speed control allowing users to completely eliminate the “flicker effect” common with transfers.

Condition:
Projector is very clean. It has been tested and it is operating without problem. Lamp is strong and movement is precise. Looking it over closely there are only minor signs of use.
