There is nothing quite like the flavor of hickory smoked food. Gourmet chefs for decades have used hickory for some of there best dishes.
Now you too can enjoy this great flavor. I recommend spreading your hickory over your charcoal just as your ready to cook. If your using a gas grill, just soak your chunks and your chips in water for about 30 minutes, and you can take the chunks and put them around your lava rocks, or wrap your chunks and some chips in tinfoil, and put them directly on top of your lava rocks when your ready to cook, this will add real hickory flavor to accent your cookout, because after all Hickory does make a difference.
