Return Policy
All sales are final. Warranty period is 60 days from date of sales.
We offer EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT on defective goods returned for claims. S&H fees are non-refundable and non-negotiable again.
All items returned after 45 days from date of sales would not entitle for exchange or store credit.
The postage cost of return item to be responsible by the buyer, we will take care the re-ship postage fees on REPLACEMENT / EXCHANGE item.
Report defective: Please report defective status within 3 days from receipt of the goods, we shall immediately prepare a stock for replacement purposes.
Exchange: Upon receiving the returned and defective goods, we shall send out a new replacement within 2 working days (we would confirm by email, please expect the new ship-out mail takes another2-3 days to UK buyer and 7-30 days to outside UK buyers ).
Refund: Refund will only be made to the costs of goods after deducting the shipping and handling fees. Refund of product costs ONLY made after defective goods received within 7 days (20 days for outside UK buyers) from your report date on defects, no exceptional accepted.
