For example,parcels to Canada must be checked at Customs(food check),parcels to USA may be checked(safety check). A few airmail may be delivered by surface mail.So,I can't take responsibility on delay and lost.But,if winner don't receive item in 3 months after I send,I refund.
I have one negative feedback.The winner had not paid.So,I sent a reminder mail.Then,he left negative tome. Of course,I don't want to file winner as non-paying bidder. But,I wait for a week since last auction winner win. And,about feedback,I leave feedback after winners leave to me when they receive items.
