Local Pickup: Unfortunately we have stopped allowing local pickups, due to the amount of auctions that we are selling and certain paypal and credit card dispute issues that we have had to face.

Returns:

• Unused Items may be returned at customer's expense (i.e. Shipping cost back to us) for a refund of the item price minus a 10% or $2.00 minimum Restocking Fee whichever is greater (shipping costs are not refunded) for up to 30 days from purchase.
• All Unused items are exchangeable, MassCloseouts online stores price will be given in credit, and store price will be charged for any item wanted. This will apply for 90 days from purchase.
• Any used items are to be returned directly to manufacture for warranty / Replacement.
