SELLING TERMS:
International buyers contact before bidding. Items are insured, shipped with Fed Ex ground for most items, some items shipped US Postal Service if you have a post office box, or if shipped media mail, records & music, or small paper items shipped Priority Mail. NO PAYPAL FOR INTERNATIONAL PURCHASES, USPS money order only! ALL U.S. PAYPAL PURCHASES MUST BE SHIPPED TO CONFIRMED ADDRESS. Please allow up to 20 days shipping time. We have a very busy operation here with many facets, we move as quickly as possible. Usually it doesn't take that long, but we ask for your patience. All items are sold as you see them. Please don't assume there will be something else that is not the photo. We do our best to describe them item, please ask questions if needed.
RETURNS: Returns will only be processed as per Paypal rules, the item must be returned at buyer's expense. This applies even if items are broken in shipping. We hate breakage, but Fedex and the USPS do their best to throw things off of buildings sometimes. We pack as per their regulations, but sometimes they still do break things. Extremely high value items we will take to the UPS store and have them pack, so they are directly responsible. We only have to say this, because some buyers don't understand the Paypal rules. We need any damaged goods back to file claim with the shipping company. After those claims are processed, we will refund your shipping charges as well. But as per Paypal terms and conditions, any returns must be shipped back at buyer expense. There would probably be more fraud than not though, without that rule. Again, all items are sold as is, where is, as pictured, described as best as we can. IF YOU HAVE A QUESTION, PLEASE ASK BEFORE BIDDING AND WINNING! We are a reputable business, trading for 15 years here in Pittsburgh, PA, and for the past 9 or 10 here on Ebay under our owner's personal account. It was time to upgrade to a business account as our operation has grown.
PICKUP: Our staff is on the road often, doing shows and service and installations, and picking up used equipment and the like. We do not have an office staffed by someone 9 to 5 where one can just show up and pickup large items. Pickup is by appointment only, and must be set up in advance at a time mutually agreeable by both parties. Our schedules vary widely, so the times and dates are also as variable. Pickup is not available on small items that can be shipped. Pickup is offered on large items only, vending machines, pinball games, video games, things that will go on a truck. We also offer shipping on these large items, with companies like North American Van Lines, or we can pallet and wrap and ship through Forward Air on some items, at additional buyer expense. Pickups of large items should be scheduled at a time and date agreeable to both parties. Also, our storage facility is very hard to find, in a large warehouse/industrial complex, often times, we will meet bidders picking items up at a local landmark or convenience store, and have them follow us over. It is up to you, we can give directions, but don't want anyone getting lost. One of our employees is happy to meet you at a neutral location and guide you over to the pickup area.
We have in the past, had buyers/bidders look at our auctions and see other items in the backgrounds of photos. They have asked if anything else is for sale, or if they can "stop by and look" - our owner is very big on privacy and security, so this type of browsing is prohibited. If our company has it for sale, it will be listed here on Ebay. Please do not ask to come and look around, we do not have a storefront that is open to the public for shopping.
