All we ask is that you return the products as new and with the original packaging in good order. Any items returned with damaged packaging will incur a surcharge.
If you find it necessary to return any goods to us, we need the following information, which must be enclosed with the returned goods.
• The invoice number and date (or a photocopy of the invoice) • Your name and address as per the invoice • Description of the goods being returned and the reason for return • Whether you want a refund or replacement
Faulty goods under warranty or guarantee
If you product has been purchased more than 30 days ago and the product appears to be faulty you should first telephone Customer Services on 0845 0171616 for assistance. If we cannot assist you with the fault we will ask you to return the product when we will either send you a replacement or repair the item. Discontinued products will be replaced with a product that is either equal to or better in functionality |
