Clear glass telephone pole insulator
- Measurements are:
- 4 in high
- 3 5/8 inches across base
- Labeling reads:
- HEMINGRAY - 45 on bottom of skirt
- MADE IN U . S . A . on opposite side
- centered under that 24-50 and a series of dots
The skirt on this insulator bells more than is apparent in the picture. The upper lip is 2 3/4 inches across. There is no wear visible anywhere on it. The A in USA is faint and difficult to read, but the lack of wear suggest this feature is a production flaw, and original to this insulator. There are no chips and no bubbles or flaws within the glass.
