When shipping from Canada to the USA it usually takes 10-12 business days depending on if there is any delay at the border/customs.If there is a delay then add-on another 3-5 business days(usually there is no delay)

LOCAL PICKUP
$10.00 CAN fee per item applies, see listing agreement.What we normally do is set up a meeting place.The reason we request a meeting place is because our items are in a storage facility that is not open to the general public so we pickup our items and meet the buyer a short distance away at the NorthEast Corner of Keele & Highway 401 Intersection at the Canadian Tire Gas Station Lot...Monday-Friday 9am-1pm..This is the easiest method we have found and have not had problems in the past..Let us know what the best time/day (as per listing) is best for you..No local pickup available unless stated in description
INSURANCE
We cannot take any responsibility for items lost/damaged (unknown if Canada post insures used items that are damaged) during shipping and encourage buyers to purchase insurance for items over $100 ($1 for every $100 value) and it is the sole responsiblity of the buyer for any claim for damages and must be dealt through Canada Post only and in the case that we ship items other than Canada Post then any claims must be dealt with that transport company only. We will assist if needed.

RETURNS
In the event that a return is requested and allowed, all returns must include all original items undamaged, seals unbroken, in re-saleable condition, all original packaging including manuals, warranty forms, etc. Software sales are not refundable. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs incurred for shipping products back to us. We absolutely allow no returns
WARRANTEES
In the event that we would offer a warranty on any of our items a claim must be made within 2 days after receiving item and return policy is to apply to returned items.
