* International Shipping will be USPS Priority or Express (depending on if they will insure Priority)

* If you want to know the status of your shipment, you can request the tracking number from us and then go to UPS.com or USPS.com to track it.

* VERY IMPORTANT!!! If you receive an item that appears to be damaged, you must retain the original packing materials and the box it was shipped in. If you do not do this, we will not be able to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping company or processing a refund.
