Parcel post probably averages 6-10 days but DO NOT BE SURPRISED IF IT TAKES 15 DAYS, DO NOT BE SURPRISED IF IT TAKES UP TO 19 DAYS!. DO NOT BLAME ME.
I don't blame anybody for wanting to save money but when you save money by choosing parcel post please do not blame me if your package takes up to 19 days to arrive. IT HAS TAKEN 19 DAYS JUST TO GET TO ANOTHER TOWN IN THIS STATE! IT HAPPENS, DO NOT BLAME ME.
10-15 days is not uncommon. If you choose parcel post assume at least 12 days. If its delivered in 5 days then its great for you, if its within 9 days then wonderful, but 10 days, 11 days, 12 days are VERY COMMON. DO NOT BLAME ME!
I have no reason to hold orders. I ship up to 50 packages a day, I have no reason to hold anybodies order. WHY WOULD I HOLD AN ORDER? There is no common sense reason. All these negatives, being penalized for shipping time, when I have NO CONTROL OVER PARCEL POST.
THE SHIPPING CHARGES ARE ACTUAL SHIPPING CHARGES, IF THE PRIORITY MAIL TOTAL FOR YOU IS VERY HIGH IT IS BECAUSE THE POST OFFICE CHARGES A SURCHARGE FOR THIS PACKAGE TO BE SENT TO YOU VIA PRIORITY MAIL. DO NOT CRY TO ME, GO TO YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE AND CRY TO THEM, its thier surcharge, they get the money not me.
FOR SOME POSTAL ZONES PACKAGE SIZE FOR PRIORITY MAIL IS RESTRICTED TO ITEMS 12" X 12" X 12", MOST OF MY PACKAGES EXCEED THIS LIMIT. IF YOU NEED IT SHIPPED PRIORITY MAIL AND THE PRIORITY MAIL COST FOR YOU IS HIGH THEN CHOOSE A SMALLER ROLL. SOME SMALLER ROLLS CAN BE SENT PRIORITY MAIL BECAUSE THEY DO NOT EXCEED THIS SIZE LIMIT.
I am tired of getting negatives because people choose parcel post to save 10 cents then cry like babies when it takes 19 days to arrive. Everybody chooses parcel post to save PENNIES and cry when they don't get their package in 2 days. It doesn't matter if you live one town away, one state away or on the other side of the country. IT CAN TAKE UP TO 19 DAYS IF YOU CHOOSE PARCEL POST.
I would not even give a parcel post option unless I had to. I used only priority mail until the post office restricted priority mail package size, now I've changed nothing that I do and immature people are giving me negatives because of the post office. But its your choice. If you can't take the chance of waiting up to 19 days then order a smaller roll. 50' large bubble can be shipped priority everywhere, 65' & 130' small bubble can be shipped priority everywhere. All larger sizes can be restricted depending on which postal zone you live in.
My items are bagged, not boxed. All you wonderful people that tell me how how the post office works HAVE NEVER SHIPPED BAGGED ITEMS.
My items are NEVER SCANNED ANYWHERE IN THE POSTAL SYSTEM until they are delivered. You will not be able to track my items, you will only know when I print your shipping label and when they are delivered. If you can't deal with not being able to track an item then order from somebody else. I don't control the post office, I can't force them to scan my packages, they do it when they want and it will only be scanned when it is delivered.

I am very tired of rude, ignorant people telling me how to run my business, telling me how the post office works, accusing me of not shipping something, giving me negatives for something I have no control over. If you feel the urge to do this I caution you about contacting me, I will no longer pamper people like this. Just buy it from somebody else. I now have a new policy where I respond in like manner so if you treat me like you should treat all human beings I will respond in like manner, if you are rude, ignorant, obnoxious because you are waiting up to 19 days, I will respond in like manner.
Please do not give me negatives for something I have no control over! Please do not give me poor feedback for something I have no control over. Judge me on my service.

If you order multiple items or quantities ebays default invoice may be incorrect; request an invoice and I will manually create one. For single items ebays shipping calculator is correct. On May 14, 2007 the post office restricted the maximum allowable priority mail package size to items one cubic foot in size or less for postal zones 5-8 from NJ. Shipping larger items via priority mail to these zones now requires a huge surcharge and parcel post is the only reasonable alternative. There were no changes for postal zones 1-4.

For most items I buy I always worry first about quality, then about the price. Most sellers seem to want to geek up the quality of their bubble wrap but bubble wrap is one of those items I don't believe the quality differs much from one manufacturer to another.
Bubble wrap is designed to be used once then thrown away.
Manufacturers know this. When they send their salespeople the salespeople don't come in and say 'Hey, we have the best quality bubble wrap'. What they do say is 'Hey, we have the cheapest bubble wrap'. The salespeople have never tried to sell me bubble wrap on quality so why do the ebay sellers always geek up the quality?
The answer is simple. Quality is always a concern for most consumers. When there are no other discernible differences advertisers push to stress quality because people will pay more for quality.
I'm not willing to pay extra for perceived quality on an item that is designed to be used once then thrown away. Heck, I recycle bubble wrap if I can. When something is shipped to me thats wrapped with bubble wrap and its in good condition, I use it to send out the books I sell. Why not? I've got to cut corners to.
Most of the sellers selling bubble wrap are wholesalers. They get their bubble wrap from the manufacturer cheaper than I do but I can undercut their price because I don't have the overhead they have. They have a staff of employees to pay, I do all the work myself. They have a warehouse to lease, my first floor is 11000 cubic feet of open space (long story).
They must charge more because they have huge overhead. We can both put up the same exact item and I will always be able to undercut their price.
My biggest expense is ebay and paypal fees. I do everything possible to keep these down as low as possible. I run only quantity 1 auctions so I can relist them if they don't sell. Some items I raise the shipping fee and lower the price to minimize the commission. I do anything and everything to squeeze every penny to keep the total costs down so that you can also keep your costs down.

Repeat Buyer Discounts
Ebay is highly competitive and profit margins (except for ebays profit margin) are slim. I strive to keep the lowest possible price to help keep your total costs down. When the competition is only a click away I do everything necessary to keep customers coming back and this includes a repeat buyer discount program.

All items ship via USPS using the fastest allowable service that does not require a surcharge.
I no longer have a choice in shipping methods, the post office limits priority mail to items one cubic foot or less (12"x12"x12") to some postal zones. This restriction covers roughly half the country. States toward the east coast will be shipped priority but for states toward the west coast it will be shipped via parcel post.
However this isn't always true because there are some parts of Florida and some parts of Georgia I can only ship parcel post. If you want to determine which method will be used to ship your order use ebays shipping calculator to send a 1 or 2 pound package with a size of 24"x12"x12" from your zip code to Philadelphia. If the postage is listed as $20-$30 then parcel post will be used, if the listed postage is the standard rate then priority mail will be used.
Priority is always used if possible. Please do not get mad at me if your packages are shipped parcel post, I have no choice.
Priority Mail Package Size Restriction
(Applys to some west coast/southern states)
This item exceeds the priority mail package size restriction of 12"x12"x12" so it will be shipped via parcel post to roughly all states west of Illinois (see above explanation). The only large bubble package I can send via priority mail to all the west coast states is the 50' roll, all rolls larger must be sent via parcel post. For small bubble, the 65' or 130' rolls can be sent anywhere priority, longer rolls must be sent via parcel post. For eastern states everything is shipped priority mail.
Same Day Priority Mail Shipping
I am just one person and I ship everything as quickly as possible. I no longer guarantee any shipping time because if I say 24 hours and some problem arises where I fall behind then somebody is complaining. I work all day, every day. Some orders will ship the same day, others might ship in 24 hours. I prefer everybody to always assume it could take up to 48 hours.
Combined Shipping
I will combine shipping whenever possible however most of my items are very large and are at or very near the maximum allowable size. Most items are not combinable. The best thing to do is to order the items you want and request an invoice, I will combine anything that can be combined.
I sell all bubble wrap under 3 different formats, 'free shipping', 'actual shipping', and 'low cost/high shipping'. The only price difference with these formats is the amount paid in ebay/paypal fees. Regardless of the format you make your purchase from all items that can be combined will be combined including items having 'free shipping'. When purchasing multiple items request an invoice or wait for me to send one, I normally check every morning to see if anybody needs an invoice.
Priority Mail Size Limitations/Combined Shipping
I combine shipping for cost savings whenever possible however due to the new priority mail size limitation to postal zones 5-8 (roughly Illinois and west) combined shipping may require sending items via parcel post. In this case order the items you want then request an invoice, I will give you the available shipping options along with an explanation in the comment section.
Ebay Store Pricing
My ebay store pricing is exactly the same as the regular auction price. I've noticed many sellers list a higher price for items in their store but I view a store as a place where repeat buyers go so increasing the price seems to me like I'd be trying to take advantage of repeat buyers, but then again I've always been a bit backwards of everybody else.
Feedback
My feedback is automatically submitted as positive via ebays selling manager pro. When submitting my feedback I ask that you be honest to the service you receive from me. Please do not count slow postal service against me. My items are unusually shaped, unusually packaged and tend to be very large. They do not ship in boxes. When parcel post is used the postal system is not always fast. The "usually 2-9 days" advertised by the post office is a goal they have been trying to achieve for years but haven't quite gotten it yet, this is why they put the word "usually" there. Please only count against me those things I have control over.
Powerseller Discount
Many of you will notice that I now signed up as a powerseller. Though I have qualified since I began over 3 years ago there was never any benefit to me to sign up. It seemed more like something to brag about with no real benefit. Now ebay gives discounts to those powersellers that maintain a high average feedback score. I need this discount to keep the prices down. With ebays last ridiculous fee increase I would have had to raise prices if they did not include this discount. Please submit honest feedback based on only my service.
