Fabulous blue denim skirt embellished by me with Care Bear fabric and lots of ribbons, Blues, purples, pinks fun colors and grosgrain ribbon for belt. Ribbon is treated to prevent unraveling. All seams are professionally finished seems. Skirt is 10" long, 20" wide hip, stretch waist with grosgrain ribbon belt. Hair clips are also included. European couture for any occasion you will be proud of your little one. This skirt will fit size 12M- 18M. Soo cute. I have been sowing for over 40 years and was trained by a french professional seamstress. I take pride in my work and will be listing more dresses soon, so please keep checking in.
