Haiku is a lush, tropical and exotic town similar to Hana (but without the long drive). Haiku is only 19 minutes from the airport. Haiku is 1 mile from Makawao town (art galleries, restaurants, Casanovas' Nightclub, great shopping and more). My place is 5 mknutes from the best sufring on Maui as well as Maui's #1 Tropical Restaurant, Mamas Fishouse. My vacation rental is fully furnished with kitchen, full bathroom plus designer toiletries, queen sleight bed with Egyptian bed linens, livingroom with queen sofabed, TV/DVD/Free Movies, Free High Speed Internet, Free Purified Drinking Water System, Free use of beach gear, washer and dryer and all the fruit you can pick off my trees. The unit has a private entrance and Lanai (patio). This rental is quiet, secure and peaceful. The room is tropically decorated, immaculate and fresh. Many of my clients return again and again. This property is nestled with 5 acres of tropical rainforest, with natural exotic gardens,wildlife and nice oceanviews of Maui's Northshore.   Haiku offers travelers an unspoiled paradise of waterfalls, bamboo jungles, tropical rainforests and lush gardens similar to Hana, but without the 2 hour drive. But you still need a rental car, because, remember, we are in the rainforest and we are not oceanfront. I will provide you with excellent and detailed directions to get to my paradise. The drive to our place is easily accessible with any vehicle. OUR LOCATION ENABLES THE TOURISTS TO EXPERIENCE MORE OF MAUI THAN MOST, AS WE ARE CENTRALLY LOCATED. WE ARE MINUTES FROM 2 OF HAWAII'S MOST FAMOUS RESTAURANTS: MAMAS' FISH HOUSE (5 MILES) AND HAILEMAILE GENERAL STORE (2 MILES)  PHOTOS YOU SEE ARE OF MY PROPERTY. TWIN FALLS IS A 10 MINUTE DRIVE TOWARDS' HANA.               IMPORTANT NOTE: This is not a resort. This is not a hotel. This is a vacation rental. Vacatoin rentals are furnished apartments designed for travelers. They have all the in room amenities you'd get at a hotel room, but theres' not maid service, room service, valet or front desk.  If you are looking for the touristy "artificial Hawaii" atmosphere or a "Disneyland-like" environment.....my place is not for you. If you are looking for a beachfront property, my place is not for you either, as its a 5 minute drive to the beach. If you don't like the voices of 1000 tropical birds singing in the AM and waking you up, this is not for you.  This is nature folks, this is Hawaii in all its pristine beauty,not New York City.  THE FINE PRINT: $495.00 for 5 nights,6 days for up to 4 persons. There are no other costs. Additional nights are $90.00 when available.  I prefer Money Order, PayPal or Personal check. Once payment is made, you are confirmed. Flights and transportation are not included.   A 1 Page Standard Rental Agreement will be sent to you upon confirmation. You must complete the agreement and provide valid credit card for yours and my security, in the event the room is damaged or left in poor condition. Once we have received your RENTAL AGREEMENT, detailed directions, maps etc. will be sent to you. You will be given excellent directions, our phone numbers and maps to your apartment. There is no check in or check out, and you have the efficiency of driving directly to your apartment that is waiting for you, with key inside and lights on.Check in time is after 3:00PM.  Check out time is 11:00am. Late check-out is often available, but please inquire first.   This a NON-SMOKING UNIT, but Smokers may sit outside on Lanai to smoke).  There is no refund on this auction.  However, you can change your dates anytime within 365 days of original date provided you allow 8 week notice. OUR GUESTS' NUMBER ONE THING TO DO? WAKE UP AT DAWN AND DRIVE DOWN TO BALDWIN BEACH (8 MINUTES AWAY) AND TAKE A STROLL ALONG MAUI'S MOST BEAUTIFUL WHITE SAND BEACH, WHILE WATCHING THE TURTLES.  THIS IS THE MOST AQUA OCEAN BLUE EXPERIENCE ONE COULD DREAM OF. WE LOVE IT SO MUCH WE NOW WAKE UP AT DAWN TWICE A WEEK TO EXPERIENCE THIS FOR OURSELVES. THE TURQUOISE COLORS THE OCEAN MAKES IN THE MORNING IS AWE-INSPIRING.
I'm seriously considering selling my 2 acre oceanview property and moving back to Austria in the future. $1.2 million would include a 2000 square foot house, a 700 square foot house and a 1 bedroom vacation rental Ebay busines that is VERY successful. Call me if you are interested.
