Payment is due within seven days of auction close.  I accept PayPal (preferred) or money orders.  No personal checks!  I only ship to the contiguous United States and Alaska and Hawaii.  Insurance is extra and optional, but if something gets lost in the mail, I am NOT responsible.  I ship with USPS; they do not guarantee travel times on any item except Express.  Priority is on average 2-3 days; First class is on average 7-10 days.  Parcel Post and Media Mail are the slowest, both of which can take up to 2 weeks or more to arrive (generally this is not the case, but it can happen).  I worked for over a year in the shipping business, so I know how it goes.  I only accept returns if I misrepresented the item (buyer pays return shipping; buyer will receive a refund of the purchase price, less S/H).  I will not give refunds for anything damaged or lost in the mail as a result of not purchasing insurance.  Please wait until I send you an invoice if you would like insurance on your item.  I am always more than willing to work with you if you have any questions or concerns, so please contact me before leaving non-positive feedback.  I ship all items within 48 hours of receipt of payment, except Sundays.
