Delivery Issues:
Lost Package - Tracking information is emailed to the buyer promptly after shipment. Contact us immediately if the item does not arrive by the shipping carrier’s indicated delivery date. A tracer investigation will be promptly initiated with the carrier on behalf of the buyer. A replacement or refund will be issued if the carrier is unable to provide satisfactory proof of delivery.
Damaged Package - Do not open if the package appears to be damaged upon arrival. Contact us immediately so we may promptly notify the shipping carrier. After evaluation and the product's return, a replacement or refund will be issued if the carrier determines damage was due to in-transit handling.
Refused Shipment - If delivery is refused a refund, minus the S&H charge incurred to ship to the buyer plus all return shipping charges, will be issued after it is safely returned complete and unopened as originally shipped.
Undeliverable Shipment If the package could not be delivered due to incorrect shipping information provided to us by the buyer, then the buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs incurred for the item being returned back to us and then reshipped back to the buyer. Returns/Exchange Policy:
Defective Exchanges
The buyer will have 14 calendar days after the delivery date in which
to contact us for an exchange.
An RA# (return authorization number), UPS return label (USA shipments only) and return address will be issued to the buyer. After arrival and
evaluation, we will ship a replacement if the item is defective.
If it is determined that the issue is due to user misuse rather than
due to a manufacturer defect, the item will be returned at the
buyer’s expense.
To return defective merchandise back to us for replacement, it MUST be:
Cosmetically new, with no signs of physical
damage.
Complete in original undamaged box (no
writing, tape, missing UPC/bar codes) with ALL original packaging
materials (cardboard, bags, etc.), accessories, paperwork/manuals,
software & original BLANK warranty card.
Properly packed & returned inside a
shipping box with the RA# written on the outside.
Received within 10 calendar days from the date the RA#
is issued.
Included with receipt & note
describing the defect.
If one or more of the above requirements are not met, photoworld reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse the return shipment and send back to the buyer.The return of defective
merchandise will not be accepted for any reason beyond the 14
day contact period. After this time, the buyer will need
to contact the manufacturer directly for warranty coverage. All new
products will include the manufacturer’s original
warranty to cover any repair/replacement of parts deemed to be
defective by the manufacturer.
Returns
The buyer will have 14 calendar days after the delivery date in which
to contact us for a return. A product in blister-pack
packaging that has been opened cannot be returned.
An RA# and return address will be issued to the buyer.
S&H fees are non refundable and the buyer will be responsible for
return shipping charges. The return must be shipped fully insured with proof of delivery. We will not be held liable for the loss or damage of returned product during shipment.
To return merchandise back to us and receive a full refund (minus

Do I need to pay sales tax?
Sales tax is assessed at the time of purchase only if you are a resident of either

Indiana residents must pay 6% sales tax. Ohio residents must pay 6.75% sales

What is a “reconditioned”
item? A reconditioned item comes directly from the manufacturer. It has been
inspected, tested and adjusted by the manufacturer back to original factory
specifications to function as new. There may or may not be minor cosmetic imperfections
in the finish; regardless, it is guaranteed to be in excellent cosmetic condition.

What is an “open box” item?
An open box item was either a demonstration model or a return. It is in perfect
working condition. The item may or may not have slight cosmetic imperfections or

not have a store location at this time. All orders must be shipped to your

As a general rule, the rebate offered by the manufacturer will only be valid in the USA. Please contact the manufacturer directly if you have any questions concerning international rebate coverage.
Is the manufacturer’s
warranty covered outside the USA?
Depending upon the manufacturer, the warranty may or may not cover certain
countries outside the USA. Please check with the manufacturer first to see if a
USA warranty will be covered in your country. If you reside outside
the USA and you want warranty coverage that is not offered by the manufacturer,
we do offer the MACK worldwide warranty.
Do you offer an extended
warranty on the products you offer? If
