to be very satisfied. All of
our new items come with a 21-day
warranty period starting on
day the item was shipped. We
will replace the defective item(s),
provided that they are in stock,
within the 21-day warranty period.
Customers must return item(s)
at his/her own cost. Shipping
and handling charges are not
refundable. After the 21 day
warranty period is over, the
manufacturer warranty will take
effect. No exceptions. All sales
are considered FINAL after the
21 day warranty period.
We will ship replacement items
for defectives at no additional
cost.
Communication:
We will make every effort
to contact you immediately after
the auction has ended. If you
do not hear from us within 2
days after the auction has ended,
please make an effort to contact
us. Often times, it is either
ISP or email problems that lead
to communication problems.
When we receive your payment,
email will be sent out to confirm
if the delivery address is correct.
If you are paying by direct
bank deposit, email will be
sent out to let you know the
bank deposit information.
When the product is delivered
out of our warehouse, you will
also receive corresponding confirmation
email.
