We are consolidating our business and closing a plant in Miami. See other items for sale. Lot of stuff. I will be listing diferent things everyday. We encorage you to see system in operation if you are in the area. There is absolutely nothing wrong with it. We process ~ 1,500 gallons in a 8 hour shift. Purified water is used to maked hair shampoos and conditioners.
It consist of the following. I am the manager. Am told to call service company to replace carbon tanks when read out light turns red.
- 1,500 galllon Polypropylene tank with cover and dedicated stainless steel pump. It pumps water to the mixing tanks.
- Dual membrane with pressure pump and read out pressure gadge.
- 2 carbon Tanks with 2 detection light sensor. Light is always green, when water quality level goes bellow acceptable level and "first light" turns red I called the service company and they replace both carbon tanks.
- UV light to kill bacteria. Recently light turned off. Bulb may need to be replaced.
- Water softening system. I pour rock salt when salt tank is 1/4 full.
