Simpson - a used Simpson RPM Meter, scaled 0-22 RPM, though with no additional markings, such as Model #. It is a panel mountable unit with a faceplate measuring 3-15/16" x 2-5/8", and requiring a center circular cutout and two mounting screw holes. It has a clearly marked positive terminal, and it was taken out of a running machine, so I know it to be functional.
