All returns must be returned within 7 days.  Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.  Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable.

Although we do sell brand new products, the majority of our products are major department store returns.  These are products that were returned to stores by the customers for various reasons, and their packaging is either opened, distressed, or there is no packaging.  Most of these products are fully functional and are like new.  The result is that you, the ebay buyer, can purchase these same products at a fraction of the cost of buying them new.
