Payment Policy/Shipping
I accept Papal, money orders, and cashier's check in US FUNDS ONLY.
Item or items will ship next business day after payment has been recieved. All items have been tested and inspected for defects before shipping to customers world wide. We are not responsible for damages incurred in the process of shipping.Please check item/ Items carefully upon arrival and report any found damages to carrier immediately. Remember Insurance is Optional unless it's stated in our auction
NO PICKUPS ARE ALLOWED, NO EXCEPTIONS!
If payments are made via money order or cashier's check included with the payment must be a printout of either the invoice, or the item number.
In order to prevent delays in shipment by UPS, please include your physical address.For all UPS Orders
Most items are eligible for a shipping combination. These items must be paid for together, Please wait to receive your combined invoice do not go through checkout!
Return Policy:
We will not accept returns if we are not contacted the day item is delivered, and approve, any intents of returns to us by the buyer.
Items must be shipped out within three days of permission is attained for a return.
All returns are at the BUYER'S EXPENSE (including regular returns, and factory defective items) If items arrive defective, broken or damaged we must receive a notice of damaged items ON THE DATE OF ARRIVAL. We will not accept returns for damaged items if we are not notified of the damage on the same day of arrival.
On items that are over $20.00:
Although shipping insurance is optional, if it is not purchased we are not responsible for DAMAGES, OR LOSS.
Accepted returns will be refunded for the purchase price MINUS SHIPPING AND HANDLING, and minus a 15% restocking fee.
Return items must be:
Returned via UPS at the buyer's expense
In original, unopened, packaging
In resalable condition (item must NOT BE USED at all)
Returns will not be accepted if:
Item is damaged by buyer
It is returned incomplete
Item is used, or not in resalable condition
Factory Defective Items:
We accept returns for factory defects. Items must be defective at the time of the first attempt to use. However, we must be contacted about the situation beforehand in order to find the best possible solution. In this case, these items are subject to inspection to determine if the item was indeed factory defective. Factory defective items will receive a refund for the purchase price MINUS SHIPPING AND HANDLING, or a replacement will be sent (at no cost to the buyer). Returns must be made via UPS
