PAYMENT: I accept Money Orders, Cashier’s Checks, Personal Checks & payments through PayPal. If you are making a payment with a check, please make it payable to “2Curios.” Your item will not be shipped until the check has cleared.

SHIPPING: Please contact us after winning the item to tell us how you would like your item shipped (parcel Post, Priority, Express, UPS, FedEx, with added insurance, etc.); just communicate with us and we will be happy to make the arrangements to meet your specific wants and/or needs. This includes wanting your item double-boxed and detailed packing instructions. If there is no shipping information available in the auction’s listing – we are unable to package the item ourselves and must send it out to be packaged. This is due to weight, size, and/or extreme fragility. The buyer of the item pays these extra expenses. We can estimate the cost for you for items of this nature. If we do not hear from you within two days of winning the auction, your item will be shipped using the method stated in the auction’s description. Also, if you ask for specific packaging and later change your mind, you will still be held accountable for those costs included in the shipping.
We will combine shipping on certain items. We will not combine shipping costs for very large or multiple fragile items, including pottery and glass.

If you are concerned about an item being lost or damaged during shipping, please purchase insurance for the item as we cannot be help responsible for any items once we have shipped them. We do take every effort and care in packaging all of our items to make sure that they make it to our customers in good condition.
Please note that due to the large quantity of items we auction, we take up to ten business days after each auction ends to package all items to be ready for shipping – even if you pay within hours of the auction.
INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS: We will ship worldwide. However, the shipping rates stated in our auction’s description are for US shipping only. If you are the winning bidder and want the item shipped outside the United States, please contact us after the auction has ended for your shipping total. Please feel free to ask any questions about shipping while the auction is active; but be aware that all shipping costs are estimates until the item is packaged and ready to ship after the auction has ended.
2Curios does not make a profit from shipping costs. All of our costs are based on the weight of the total package, the destination of the item, and a small fee for packaging supplies based on specific requirements from the buyer (such as bubble wrap, foam padding, double-boxing, etc.).

We would appreciate if you leave some for us once you have received your item and we will return feedback once we know you have received your item and are happy with your purchase.
