All of our products are purchased via lost and damage freight auctions. Most of the time we know very little about the working history of the items we have to sell. This is an unfortunate disadvantage of the business. We do not sell personal items. All items are purchased from LARGE freight carriers.

Our satisfaction guarantee: We guarantee that the item pictured will be the exact same item you receive. What you see is what you get! If you are not clear on the description please send us an email and we will clarify.

Return Policy: We do accept returns if the item is not as described. Only under certain conditions are no refunds offered. These auctions are clearly marked "as is" auctions. ("as-is" auctions are only done when we cannot tell the working condition of the item.) If we ship an item and it is damaged when it arrives please notify the delivery driver immediately! This will help us make a claim if the carrier damaged your product. In the case that we made a mistake, you will need to email us to let us know the problem ASAP. Then we will instruct you on how package the item in the box that we shipped it to you in and ship it back to us. Once we receive the item back, we will check it, compare it to our records, and issue the appropriate refund. We have many repeat customers because we run an honest business. SHIPPING INFORMATION:

This auction should include a fixed shipping price if you are confused about the price please email. INSURANCE IS ALWAYS INCLUDED in this price! That shipping price is the cheapest way that we can get the item to you. In most cases for items over $50 or over 3 lbs we will ship via UPS with shipping confirmation. You will receive an email from UPS giving you the tracking number of your package on the afternoon that it ships. All inexpensive items will be shipped via the USPS.

We can ship via almost any carrier that you wish. We are flexible and will ship your item anyway possible. Please email us to let us know if you have any special requests.

SHIPPING TIMES

We ship Monday through Thursday during the summer months and 5 days a week during winter months. We are in the central time zone and our UPS pickup time is at 2:00 p.m.. If a request for overnight is made before 2:00 p.m., we can get it to you the next day. We try our best to get all packages out within 48 hours, please check my feedback I am one of the fastest shippers on ebay. Most items will ship the next day. We try to keep these shipping times however during high volume weeks shipping my take a little longer. This does not apply to international shipments.
