This pine and oak barnwood would make a stunning commercial or residential architectural interior or external feature. The price includes about 300 metal grates used for drainage.
This oak and pine wood barn is located near Mansfield, Ohio.

Buyer can dismantle and pick up OR for an additional fee seller will dismantle and ship anywhere in the U.S.
Approximate price to dismantle will be $6.40 per square foot and will include the various parts of the barn including barn wood pieces to be color coded and wood parts numbered. It will include basic blueprint and instructions for assembly of barn and metal roof.
Seller will assemble for additional fee only if seller has dismantled barn. Approximate cost of wood barn assembly with metal roofing is $8.75 per square foot and may be higher depending on location.
The pine wood siding and oak frame barnwood as well as the metal barn roof will fit on two (2) flatbed trucks. Buyer will pay all shipping costs. Seller will supervise shipping only if seller is dismantling the barn.
