Vintage Floral Motif Cast Iron Fireplace Surround NICE

Here is a vintage solid one piece casting cast iron fireplace surround with floral motifs in both upper corners. The dimensions are 32" tall by 28 1/2" wide by 3 1/2" deep with four mounting flanges. The back has 16R molded into it. The arch top opening measures 28" tall by 18 1/2" wide and there are four mounting tabs for a door. Beaded decoration follows the contour of the opening. There are at least two layers of peeling paint on the front. The inset is showing the floral detail. Shipping weight will be about 40 pounds. No damage, but some surface rust. Condition - good used as found original as noted above. Bidder agrees to pay insured shipping and handling on this item of $50 in the contiguous 48 states - slightly higher to Western States.
