I have two Persian Rugs I purchased in Kabul, Afghanistan. I purchased these rugs during Operation Enduring Freedom shortly after 9-11. While patroling the streets of Kabul, a small boy about 7 or 8 years old took me into his families store. I purchased two rugs from that family.
The rugs are 6x9 and are just like new. They have never been used in the anyone's house.
The picture of the rug was taken with the rug rolled. The design shown in the design on the outer edge of the rug. The center of the rug has a similar design that complaments the rug.
