This item is in excellent shape and was fully functional when my friend upgraded to 1GB chips. I believe he has a Dell laptop but I know this chip also works in Toshiba Satellites. However it does not work in my Dell C640 so I am selling it. I think this is a DDR 2 chip but I am not completely sure because it does not say on the chip. Please make sure this will fit in your laptop before bidding. Item(s) will ship in antistatic bags.
