Terms and conditions:
1. CCI shall have the right to correct any errors made by the dealer concerning pricing and/or taxes.
2. Buyer understands that this Standard (Uncertified) product is built according to CCI specifications and industry standards, but may not be eligible for a permit in certain areas. Standard 14 gauge units are constructed w/ 2 1/2" sq. tubing. Standard 12 gauge units are constructed of more rigid 2 1/4 sq. tubing with higher tinsel strength and thickness of material. This particular unit is quoted at the 14 gauge price, however 12 gauge is available. Certified Units are typically installed in areas requiring building permits. Certified units are built according to an engineer blueprint and are covered by a limited warranty. (ask your dealer about the warranty coverage) Anchors All units are secured with anchors which pass through the base rail of the frame and into the ground (or concrete, asphault, etc.). As the base rail is only affixed to the ground with anchors, Buyer understands and agrees that he/she may experience water leakage underneath the base rail. Standard uncertified units are anchored with rebar anchors (ground installation) or concrete anchors (concrete installation) the rebar anchors are 32 inches long, but may be shortened when installing on difficult terrain. Mobile home anchors are available for uncertified units at an additional cost.
3. Buyer is responsible for informing CCI installers of any underground cables, gas lines, utility hazards or relevant matters prior to commence of installation. Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold CCI harmless for any damage done to submerged lines, pipes, cables, or other utility instrumentalities during installation.
4. Buyer shall be solely responsible for and shall obtain, any necessary city or county permits PRIOR to commencement of installation, Buyer agrees to indemnify & hold CCI harmless for violations of any HOA, city or county ordinances or code.
5. PAYMENT TERMS Down Payment- Buyer shall pay dealer a down payment equal to ten percent (10%) of the purchase price at the time of the sale. Buyer shall not pay dealer an amount exceeding the Down Payment. In the event Buyer pays dealer an amouny exceeding the Down Payment, Buyer does so at his own risk. Understanding that he/she is contractually obligated to remit payment of the remaining ninrty percent of the purchase price as set forth below. Buyer shall pay the remaining balance (ninety percent 90%) to the installation crew on the date of installation. If Buyer pays more than the pays the required 10% down at the time of the sale, it is buyer's responsibility to collect & recieve these funds from the dealer prior to installation.
6. Lot must be level prior to installation or unit will be installed "as is" and any and all warranties will be void.
7. If buyer alters the unit in any manner, including without limitation any interior or exterior modifications, or running electricity or plumbing to the unit all warranties shall be immediately void.
8. Buyers agrees to pay an additional "labor charge" or not less than fifty dollars if installers are required to dig or cut frame for leveling or carry material further than a reasonalble distance or install on any wall or dock. (buyer will be informed in advance)
9. Buyers agrees to pay a service charge of not less than fifty dollars if installers must return to install any additions to existing unit.
10. CCI will not be liable to Buyer for punitive, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from any defect of deficiencies in accepted items
11. CCI is not responsible for changes in delivery dates caused by circumstances out of CCI's control (weather, accidents, etc.)
12. The parties agree that this Agreement is the complete and exclusive statement of the agreement between the parties, and supersedes all prior written or oral communications, representations and agreements relating to the subject matter of this agreement. The terms of this Agreement, save and except the price term, in the event of a pricing error/change order, may be modified or amended only by a written instrument executed by the parties hereto.
This purchase agreement is made by Carolina Caroports, INc. (CCI), a North Carolina corporation, and ___________________________________ (the buyer)
buyer has read and understands the terms of this agreement and agrees to be bound by such.
The buyer is purchasing "The Carolina Horse Barn" 18x21x9 with 2-12 x 21 x 6 lean to's with 4-ends closed, and 2 gable ends in Barn Red for $6085.00 plus applicable county and state tax. Paying 10% down and the additonal 90% during set-up and installation.

I also understand that I must provide my full name, address and contact numbers. Someone from CCI will contact me within 10 days of recieving this fax to schedule delivery and set-up. This agreement is null and void until signed by all parties (buyer, authorized dealer and CCI agent)
