Payment method: we take checks, postal money orders, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. No CODs or PayPal. Include your billing address for credit card transactions, if it is different from your shipping address. Orders paid by check will be held until the check clears, approximately 4-7 business days. Shipping information: standard shipping is via UPS Ground. UPS will not deliver to a Post Office Box. Payments for shipments to an address in Massachusetts must include 5% state sales tax, unless you are a dealer with a Resale Certificate.
Phone Number: We use your phone number as your account number and will use that information only if we need to call you. We do not share customer information with any third party.
When your item is shipped, we will send you the tracking number via email
Orders unpaid ten (10) business days after the close of an auction will be canceled without notice, and non paying buyers will be given negative feedback
Shipping
If you have successfully bid on multiple items, we will try to combine them to save shipping costs
We ship via UPS Ground Service, insuring the item for its sale price. Rates quoted in the auction listings are for shipments to the 48 contiguous United States. Rates for other North American destinations will be quoted as required, based on buyer’s location.
We do not ship to international destinations.
In case of shipping damage, notify us as soon as possible. We will initiate a claim with UPS for shipping loss or damage.Always save your shipping carton for claims.

The warranty on used equipment will be stated in the auction description.

Returns
All returns require a return authorization. Return authorizations require a valid reason, such as the item not matching the item description in the auction listing, or undisclosed damage or defect. Requests for return authorizations must be made within five (5) days of receipt of merchandise. Items must be returned in original their condition. That means all packaging and instructions clean and intact, with warranty cards unfilled on new equipment. Used equipment must be in the same condition as when shipped. Returned items are subject to a restocking fee of 20%.
