1) You just have to advertise in the ways we tell you to advertise (it doesn't cost anything).
Yes, that simple. You have to advertise in ways we teach you that are
free, easy to do and you don't even have to leave your home! You can do
them all from home using the internet! They are legal, ethical, moral
and easy to do. While not required, we do encourage you to advertise in other ways too,
such as newspapers, post cards, letters, flyers, yard signs, car
stickers, etc. This is great for stay at home moms! Can't leave home,
but have 30 minutes a day to put to this program? You can build your
state territory network easy from home!
Plus
since we are
offering the first quarter of the lease free -
all you have to loose is your bid for your enrollment fee on this
auction here on ebay! You choose
the level of risk by what you bid. If it reaches $200, then your risk
would
be $200. We have a small s/h charge for program materials delivered to

3) You can choose from our Quarter Lease, 6 Month Lease or 12 Month lease. You can pay for your lease with paypal.com or with a money order. If you choose paypal.com you are automatically debited for your lease payments. If you pay with a money order there is a $25 per money order processing fee that you must add to the amount due for your payment when sending a money order. (Leases are not assignable or transferable.)
You can cancel anytime on paypal.com or by sending us a written signed
letter to cancel. Each quarter is only $200 for the lease after your
first 3 month free lease trial period if you wish to renew. Discounts

AGREE TO KEEP SECRET AND NOT STEAL OUR PROGRAM
4) You will be required to sign our non-disclosure agreement and non-compete agreement,
which states you will keep secret our powerful methods of marketing and
how our system works and tell no one else. We take this serious and
anyone who breaks these agreements we will take each violation serious
and we will protect our programs rights. We have spent years and

If
you already flip homes you can still flip
homes, we do not prohibit that in fact we encourage that because we can
flip your homes and finance them to your buyers who can buy from us as

check loan with stated income for our buyers! Imagine how many homes
that could help you unload! You are not required to bid or win this
lease program to
work with us on financing your buyers or buying your flips. You are
however, not permitted to use the methods of how we use this system
with your existing house flip business. If you think that is going to
be a problem for you do not bid. We don't want to get into difficult or
conflicting business with your business. You are welcome to use our
system to sell to wholesalers of property and you are also welcome to
enroll in our consultant program to help them sell to a end user using
our flip system to finance a end retail buyer. So you can benefit from
the program twice! First to finance your wholesale buyer and then as
they finance their retail buyer you can profit from that too! The neat
thing about this is as a territory rights
lease holder - you make $100 from our flip to the wholesaler and $100

5) We can only choose not to renew your lease if you don't follow our online marketing instructions. However, you must be marketing in the ways we tell you each week for free to keep your lease agreement valid (our methods are free for you to use to market).
Though we do encourage you to advertise in other creative ways too as
it can lead to more leads closing from flips with us from your
marketing, which in turn makes you $100 on each flip!
HOW YOU COULD LOOSE YOUR LEASE - IF YOU BREAK THE RULES
6) We
reserve the right to cancel your lease agreement if after 3 warnings
you are not advertising in the ways we teach you for free to market the
program. Or you break a local city, state, county or government law on
how you can advertise. For example if you are not allowed by city
ordinance to put yard signs in a intersection, you can not put them
there. Do NOT disobey local laws in this program - we will cancel your
lease if you are breaking laws.
NO SPAMMING PEOPLE!!!
7) No spamming people with massive emails!
We will terminate your lease agreement if you spam people. We do not
spam and will not tolerate people spamming others. Do not test this -
if you SPAM people with emails - your lease will be terminated.
WE MUST BE ABLE TO REPORT YOUR EARNINGS
8)
You must have a Social Security Number (SSN), Employer Identification
Number (EIN) or Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) to join and will
be required to fill out a W9 form and you are responsible for the taxes
due on your commission. Your earnings will be reported on a 1099 each
year. If you do not you must supply us with the proper IRS documentation to report your earnings.
