This lens is good - the glass is clean, the blades work great, but the body isn't 100% smooth, but it works fine. It would be a great lens to have on hand for macro photography, but I wouldn't recommend it as a walkaround lens (it has purple fringing wide open in bright sunlight). I have used it extensively on my K100D (and *ist DL before that) without any problems - it won't get stuck on your camera body, I guarantee it!
