Payment Policy:
PayPal is our prefered payment method. VISA/Mastercard card payments accepted via PayPal or directly. Money orders and cashiers checks also accepted. All payments, regardless of payment method, must be made in US DOLLARS ONLY.
Allow 10 business days for personal or company checks to clear.
Winning bidder to make contact with seller within 1 day after auction completes. Payment to be made within 3 days of auction closing.
Utah residents must include 6.5% sales tax.
Shipping Policy:
Please see the shipping calculator for an estimate of shipping costs and options. PLEASE NOTE: The shipping calculator gives a TOTAL for shipping which includes the actual carrier shipping cost and also handling to cover shipping materials and labor to ship the order. The amount varies depending on the size/weight of the items purchased and the ship-to location. International costs are higher than domestic shipping. The good news is that the shipping calculator estimate includes all the costs so you can see what they will be for your location in advance - no surprises. We reserve the right to update the estimate for shipping if an incorrect amount is given. None of our items ship for $0.00.
Items typically ship within 1 to 2 days of payment.
Packages shipped via UPS are insured for up to $100 for no additional charge. If you require more insurance, or if you want to insure a USPS package, please let us know. Additional fees will apply.
We gladly combine multiple orders to save on shipping costs. Combined orders must be paid for at least once per week.
Return Policy:
We will accept postage paid returns only after a return merchandise authorization has been obtained. Some items cannot be accepted for return due to the nature of the use of the product. Accepting of products for return is completely at the discretion of the seller. Items accepted for return must be in the original unopened, undamaged, re-sellable packaging. A 25% re-stocking fee will be applied.
All VHS movies are sold AS-IS and will not be accepted for return. This is due to the ability to easily make copies.
