For RENT is our beautifully secluded and private Cottage located in the town of LAMOINE, MAINE. The cottage sits on its own 2 1/2 acre lot and is approximately a half hour from Mt. Desert Island, Bar Harbor, and Acadia National Park. The cottage is a few hundred yards from the ocean with its own right of way for access, featuring a gorgeous view of Mt. Desert Island and Cadillac Mountain. You have the best of both worlds with a private, quiet stay which is located a short drive from Acadia National Park and many other sites of interest. If you have stayed in the area, you know what I mean.

The cottage is very clean and well cared for and has a full kitchen with full size refrigerator, full oven, microwave oven, all cooking and eating necessities, full bathroom, kitchen table and chairs, very new king size bed and a futon for third person, included linens, gas stove, cable television with vcr accompanied by a closet full of movies, and a deck with chairs to sit outside and enjoy the quiet of a Maine summer night.

You are bidding on a single night fee basis with no minimum or maximum stay limits. The amount due at the close of auction will be the number of nights times the final bid amount. There is a $40 cleaning charge per stay.
