Antique Victorian Eastlake Setee Loveseat Floral Mint

This is a beautiful antique Victorian Setee in the Eastlake style that has been professionally reupholstered in a classic Blue Floral fabric (I believe it's a Ralph Lauren or Waverly fabric).  It is immaculate-- no odors, stains, tears; and it is 100% solid and sturdy.  Back is upholstered in same gorgeous fabric.  All wood on this piece is in near mint condition.  Dimensions: 56" wide x 40" high. Very comfortable to sit on.  Fabric has been scotch-guarded.  I have the matching rocker and chair.  This would be the most darling centerpiece of a Victorian tea room.  I'm happy to email or post more photos if you're interested.  Setee is on display in my shop-- if a local customer wishes to purchase it and there are zero Ebay bids at that time, I reserve the right to end listing early.  Due to size, local pick-up only.  Will store for you up to 30 days.  Payment expected within 7 days of winning or I may relist.  This is located @ 45 min. due North of Baltimore, MD.  Thanks for looking and Good Luck.
